The META data of PathTools lead MetaCPAN to report nothing is provided by PathTools. I suggest update of author toolchain or other authoring tools :)

'provides' metadata is optional (for now), but to be sure it provides useful information, and it would be nice if all dual-lifed modules were more modern in their tooling.

Optional or not, modern authoring tools generate content. I'll have to deal with missing 'provides' anyway - but it simply results in 'no bundling' (anything else is just to difficult for the use-case).
