I imagine this is because of https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=89655. Test::Simple 0.99 is broken, but things before and after that should be fine. So, do we list a higher prereq for Test::Simple, or an incompatibility between Test::Class and this particular version of Test::Simple? -- Matthew Horsfall (alh)

Two commits sitting at https://github.com/wolfsage/test-class/tree/t_fix_test_simple_99 *should* take care of it. The first bumps perl version to 5.8.1 so Test::Builder is guaranteed to be around, and dynamically decides if we need a different Test::Builder than what's installed. The second adds configure_requires for Test::Builder but may not be needed. Cheers, -- Matthew Horsfall (alh)
Thanks! I've applied the first commit and released. -- rjbs
