Subject: [PATCH] POD fix
Date: Thu, 22 Aug 2013 15:22:57 +0200
To: bug-mail-spf@rt.cpan.org
From: gregor herrmann <gregoa@debian.org>
In Debian we are currently applying the attached patch to Mail-SPF. We thought you might be interested in it, too. Description: fix pod test errors "L<> starts or ends with whitespace" Origin: vendor Author: gregor herrmann <gregoa@debian.org> Last-Update: 2013-08-22 Thanks in advance, gregor herrmann, Debian Perl Group

Thanks, Gregor! I've applied the patch. I think when I originally wrote this, not only was this not reported as an error by the POD tools, I think they even required these spaces. However I believe the modern toolchain will handle the links correctly without the spaces. This will be in the next release.

Right, the error only appears with perl 5.18 (or some 5.17.x probably).

It builds fine with 5.18 and 5.14.
