Subject: Uninitialized value in string eq from server

httpd is logging: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/OpenID/ line 332. Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/OpenID/ line 348. These lines compare openid.ns with OPENID2_NS. I'm guessing that self->{'openid.ns'} needs to be defaulted to something, somewhere... I'm seeing these from experiments with and the server I've traced this far enough that I believe it's caused by a request that doesn't have this field. I'm not sure what to do with it - in any case, Net::OpenID::Server should tolerate the condition, or at least log a more useful error. (Not that there's much that can be done about clients that we don't like...) Please have a look. Thanks! perl, v5.8.8 built for i386-linux-thread-multi Net::OpenID::Server 1.09 Fedora.

Looks like at least a couple of more similar cases: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/OpenID/ line 559. Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/OpenID/ line 592.
