Subject: Support for out-of-order has_many prefetch
Download (untitled) / with headers
text/plain 446b
This is a long standing deficiency of DBIC, with a half-finished branch fixing the problem in question. A side effect of this is that it is not currently possible to prefetch a has_many while ordering the main resultset solely by a criteriea based on the has_many (or the "right" side). Work is progressing (albeit insanely slowly), this ticket is added here as a placeholder for the core reason why some other issues have not been yet resolved.
Finally solved by 43245ada
Support for this had to be backed out due to present problems and absent tuits, stay tuned ;)
Hopefully this time DBIC 0.08240 nails this issue.
And production version resolving this is now on CPAN.
