Subject: _start isn't numeric

When I start metabase-relayd I get this error: Argument "_start" isn't numeric in numeric eq (==) at /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1/POE/Component/Metabase/Relay/Server.pm line 214.

I finally got around to investigating this today and it is a regression in MooseX::POE. I provided a fix and it has been applied and released to CPAN as version 0.213 Many thanks.
