Subject: Test::Builder prereq version not specified

Trying to build on a system that happens to have old Test::Builder 0.17, most DBD::Oracle tests fail like this: t/10general.......Can't locate object method "no_diag" via package "Test::Builder" at t/nchar_test_lib.pl line 53. It would be nice if you could specify the minimum version of Test::Builder that you need.

I guess you are using DBD::Oracle 1.28? When 1.28 was generated the META.yml was not generated properly. It should have contained Test::Simple requirement and I believe this would have prevented this from happening. Martin -- Martin J. Evans Wetherby, UK

Actually it was 1.23 (I think I put that on the "Broken in" field), I was worried about backward-compatibility with previous programs. Apologies and thanks if it's been fixed in the meantime 8-) - - Martin
