Hi Maggie, This looks like a great extension to the already great PDL. Thanks very much! However, I'm having a bit of trouble with my install. perl = 5.8.9 PDL 2.4.6 PDL-Stats 0.4.3 f77 = "fort77" ubuntu 8.10 package (it's an f2c derivative I believe) Linux home 2.6.27-17-generic #1 SMP Fri Mar 12 02:08:25 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux make: no problems make test gives the following: t/stats_glm.......dubious Test returned status 0 (wstat 11, 0xb) DIED. FAILED tests 14-40 Failed 27/40 tests, 32.50% okay If I run t/stats_glm directly 1..40 ok 1 - use PDL::Stats::Basic; ok 2 - use PDL::Stats::GLM; ok 3 ok 4 ok 5 ok 6 ok 7 ok 8 ok 9 ok 10 ok 11 ok 12 ok 13 Segmentation fault So it's 'ols' which is the problem. My next step is to try perl 5.12.0. Do you have any other suggestions? cheers, Bob.

Resolved by using gfortran instead of fort77. Closing the ticket. Thanks for reporting the issue! Maggie
