Nosing around the code for URI::Title 1.82 I wondered if when downloading it might use the Content-Type from the server rather than loading up File::Type and guessing from the content bytes. Doing so might need a little aliasing among things like html/xhtml whatnot in case some servers aren't as consistent as File::Type, but I would think believing the server's type would usually be the right thing to do.
