Distribution: Ubuntu 9.04, i have installed pdf-api2 as packet: libpdf-api2-perl version 0.72.003-1 PERL: This is perl, v5.10.0 built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi System: Linux jk-desktop 2.6.28-15-generic #52-Ubuntu SMP Wed Sep 9 10:48:52 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux I have a program wrote by me that use pdf-api2 for formatting some text and graphics i had installed,when i wrote my program, the version 0.50 and all works fine now i have buy a new computer and installed ubuntu so i have installed the version 0.72.003-1 all ok but font ttf have too much space between characters i have try $ttf_font= $pdf->synfont($ttf_font,-space=>-500); it correct the space in quantity but some letters as 'i' and 'm' are scorrect too many space for 'i' and less for 'm'; I have tested some frre ttf fonts. Now i have reinstalled by source old 0.50 version and it works. Tanks for attention, your program is very useful! Roberto Pomo jkroby@p3r.info
According to the Changes file, it looks like this got fixed in 0.73.
