Subject: POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::Logger does not log if the channels name includes a slash

According to rfc1459 a slash is a valid character of a channels name. The current version of POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::Logger, which is 6.05_01, does not log any actions if the channels name includes a slash. In my opinion slashes should be replaces by underscores. The attached patch should fix this issue.
