Subject: [PATCH] Method set in AppConfig::State tries to print undefined value

If you try to set a state object's variable with an undefined value, and the variable requires validation and undefined will fail that validation, warnings in Perl will warn you about it. Not a huge bug, but annoying. Patch is attached.
