Subject: Missing a reference to the end user aspects
Much of the knowledge and pseudo knowledge that I have about Module::Install comes from reading the source sometime in the past. Of course I do not read the source after every release again. So what I'm missing is a manpage/paper that tells me what I can officially expect from a module distributed with Module::Install when I am an ordinary user. I think what does not exists is a manpage for the user who has to live with the interface that Module::Install offers because the author of a package chooses to use it. The available options beyond MakeMaker, the available environment variables and so on. And I would wish that that documentation is available to end users without installing Module::Install or at least easily accessible so I can point authors to it. Am I missing something?
