I am adding an annotation to a pdf file (inplace). I perform a openpage, and $page->annotation(). This all works, and the result is handled by acrobat. but the page's STREAM is re-generated (appended) to the output, despite being unaltered. I'm guessing this bug/limitation would also apply to other "non-stream" edits like cropped (i.e. altering the cropbox) BugBear version info: This is perl, v5.8.8 built for i386-linux-thread-multi Linux bugbear-fs 2.6.20-1.2320.fc5 #1 Tue Jun 12 18:50:38 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
pdfapi2 is not designed for complex updates, and never will be *wontfix*
