Subject: unsharpmask parameters should be documented in terms of effect rather than algorithm

Current unsharpmask documentation is in terms of what they do to the algorithm, they should document what effect the user will see on the image.

Attempted to document this, everyone seems to document in terms of it's effect on the blurred intermediate image, which is the most direct effect.
