Sorry for replying so late, but I have been very busy lately. I just received a similar bug report about make -j not working. (I.e. parallel makes) Could you retry without the -j 2 option to make? In that case, this would be the same bug as http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=27842 Unfortunately, I'm not a make wizard and don't know how to fix this. Thanks a lot! Best regards, Steffen

Yes, it does work correctly without the -j2 option, so this can be marked as a duplicate of 27842. - Nelson Show quoted text
