XML-Twig-3.26 on RedHat 7.3 Linux System using custom-compiled Perl Version 5.8.6, a make test fails. t/test_memory.......................memory leak parsing xml: expected '7660', got '7672' t/test_memory.......................NOK 1 need HTML::TreeBuilder 3.13+: skipping 1 tests t/test_memory.......................FAILED test 1 Failed 1/2 tests, 50.00% okay Perhaps this is a bug in Perl? Any hints on directions to head off in? I'm also partial to not caring about a 2 byte leak ;-) Configuration: perl: 5.008006 OS: linux - i686-linux XML::Parser : 2.34 (required) Can't exec "xmlwf": No such file or directory at t/zz_dump_config.t line 34. Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at t/zz_dump_config.t line 35. The next version of the module has a somewhat relaxed condition on the test, so even with such a huge leak the test should pass. So you can either ignore the failure and most likely live happily ever after, or install the development version, available at http://xmltwig.com/xmltwig/ Does this help? -- mirod
