Subject: Term::ReadKey missing from PREREQ_PM

Term::Readkey is a pre-requisite (on Win32, anyway) and should be specified as such in PREREQ_PM in the Makefile.PL Cheers, Rob

Fixed in 0.10: remove 'use Term::ReadKey'; it's already 'require'd in the default keyboard auth. callback, which is the only place it's needed; it's optional.
