Subject: EWOULDBLOCK is not supported on Windows

The POSIX macro EWOULDBLOCK is not supported on Windows. Is there a way to avoid using this in File::Flock, if the OS is spotted as being MSWin32? There are an increasing number of CPAN distributions that are using File::Flock as a dependancy, which now means they all fail on Windows :(

I don't develop on Windows. I have no way to test on Windows. I'm happy to receive patches, especially via github pull requests.

Unfortunately, neither do I any more. Hopefully if someone else comes across the same problem and finds this ticket, they can send a suitable patch.
