IO::Prompt 'make test' fails on perl 5.8.7 for lack of Want.pm. Suggest adding Want.pm to Makefile dependency list.

The DEPENDENCIES section in the POD for the module also doesn't mention Want.pm, would be nice if it did. -AlexF
