While running CGI-3.11 with mod_perl 1.29 on Apache 1.3.34 I was seeing this error in the apache logs: Can't locate Apache2/ in @INC ... at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.5/CGI/ line 471. I found in the changes listed for CGI v3.11 that this had been fixed in CGI::Cookie. The same fix needs to be applied to CGI::Carp. Attached is the diff file for patching CGI/
