Subject: Error when building the Wx module
Date: Thu, 12 Mar 2020 14:56:44 -0400
To: <bug-Perl-Dist-Strawberry@rt.cpan.org>
From: "Robert S. Bachman" <Bob_Bachman@Intercept.com>

Trying to build Wx on Windows.

It fails during the build. The Makefile contains a line with a reference to a file pathname with a forward slash

Instead of a backward slash. See attached screen shot.

Example:

Makefile is:        cpp/v_cback_def.h : script/make_v_cback.pl

Should be:          cpp\v_cback_def.h : script\make_v_cback.pl

There are other places in the Makefile with the same problem.

Module:               Wx-0.9932

Perl:                      5.30.1

OS:                         Windows 7 Professional

Thank you.

Robert Bachman
