It seems that it fails if latest Role::Tiny is installed.

I've released Role::Tiny 2.000008, which reverts the changes from 2.000007. That should fix this for now. However, I plan on re-introducing the changes in a fixed form, so the namespace::autoclean tests may need to be adjusted for that.
