Looking at https://metacpan.org/pod/Text::Balanced I noticed some formatting error, Also I would like to remove a warning about 'qr' that it will only work under "new" perl 5.005 or later, because for some (not explained) reasons the module requires 5.005 anyway, which is specified so at the very top of the module.
