Subject: RT links in Changes file are wrong

Apologies if I'm missing something, but as far as I can see the ticket numbers are correct. I'm not sure what links you are referring to at metacpan -- I've always used search.cpan.org until it got canned, so there may be a feature of metacpan I'm not aware of. thanks Paul

The numbers are correct, but the implication is that they are all rt.cpan.org ticket numbers, which is incorrect -- and unfortunately, the one reference that metacpan detects as an RT# is the one where it rendered an incorrect link, to https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=133280 (see the main release page, https://metacpan.org/release/PMQS/DB_File-1.842). I would suggest either providing the full links for all three, or disambiguating via "CPAN RT#12345", "perl RT#12345".
See what the issue is MetaCPAN magically changes strings of the form #1234 into a RT CPAN Url. Updated that section of the Changes file to use the full URLs as suggested to avoid ambiguity (and bad links). Issue patched.
