Hello, We're having issues with a new RT installation with the Lifecycle UI extension. When cloning an existing ticket lifecycle or creating a new one, it shows marked as "hidden" and when you attempt to modify it, there are no tools available, the buttons do nothing as well. Is there a setting needed to enable this? Thank you and please let me know if you need any more information to help troubleshoot.
