Hello! Not actually a bug, rather question about the extension we are wondering - as an administrator do I have any possibility to mark ticket as non-spam? Our problem are the users who marks tickets as spam accidentally and our only way to dismiss the spam-mark is to contact the one who we think marked the ticket as spam.
