Subject: sometimes undefined $return_ref variable in TakeAction.pm
Date: Wed, 29 Nov 2017 15:59:27 +0100
To: bug-RT-Extension-CommandByMail [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Petr Hanousek <petr.hanousek [...] gmail.com>
Greetings, we have configured RT lifecycle of the ticket like this: new => [qw(open stalled resolved rejected deleted)], open => [qw(new stalled feedback resolved rejected deleted)], So when you try to set the ticket status to "feedback" on it's creation, it's not possible. I'd expect that if I try to do this via CbM, it should notice not-alowed action and treat it somehow (maybe avoid that command?). And not to crash with: Can't call method "ObjectId" on an undefined value at /opt/rt4/local/plugins/RT-Extension-CommandByMail/lib/RT/Interface/Email/Filter/TakeAction.pm line 79. Stack: [/opt/rt4/local/plugins/RT-Extension-CommandByMail/lib/RT/Interface/Email/Filter/TakeAction.pm:79] [/opt/rt4/sbin/../local/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:1644] [/opt/rt4/sbin/../local/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:1449] [/opt/rt4/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:61] procmail: Program failure (75) of "/opt/rt4/bin/rt-mailgate" Could you please secure situations where $return_ref variable in TakeAction.pm on line 76 remains undefined? Thank you, Petr
