Subject: Fails tests when no "." in @INC ( Can't locate t/burn.pl in @INC )
when no '.' is in @INC ( for example, when installing by hand on Perl >5.25.11 , or with PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC=0 in env ),  tests fail as follows:
