Subject: Preferred bug tracker and source code repository dead

The metadata about where to file bugs and get the source point to google-code, which is now for all intensive porpoises, dead and practically unusable.

Its a bit of an effort also to dig down and find what BUG_TRACKER[-1] was so we can find that.

So I guess somebody will keep getting bugs about this until a better bug tracker is provided :/

This deserves a B-C-1.55 release just to update the META data, which is already correct in the various dev releases. Thanks. Problem is testing such a big release is cumbersome and needs a long time. -- Reini Urban

While the metadata looks fixed, RT still points to http://code.google.com/p/perl-compiler/issues Hmmm, where's the bug?
