This is not an appropriate test to run for normal user installs, as future versions of Test::MinimumVersion and Perl::MinimumVersion may add additional checks that cause the installation to fail unnecessarily. Either move the test to xt/, or guard it with: plan skip_all => "These tests are for authors only!" unless $ENV{AUTHOR_TESTING} or $ENV{RELEASE_TESTING};
