The newly added t/abs2rel.t relies on being able to import File::Path::make_path() which exists only as of File::Path version 2.06_05[1] (perl 5.10.1 and higher). Example failure attached. P::T 3.59 (and later 3.60) both shipped without addressing this. Let me know if there is something I can do to help (the fix is a single line of META). You also didn't reply to my p5p "what do you have in mind" email.
