Good afternoon, I would like to report what appears to be a bug. When sending a command by email and using "custom fields", if the user defines a value for the given field that does not exist, RT assigns the wrong value to the ticket. It appears as if the database retains the default value, but the web interface displays the wrong information Regards, RT Version: 4.2.9 CommandByMail Version: 1.00
