Hi, It appears from the quoted message that you are trying to use Term::Readkey as part of a web application. This almost certainly will not work as there is no controlling terminal, and doesn't make sense as there is no possible way for a user to interact with the "terminal" on the server via HTTP. If you are trying to automate some external program you may want to consider Expect or similar. On Sun, 2015-06-14 at 08:38 +0200, Marco Scano wrote:

Hi! It also happens when cron is running. See this bug report: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15282#c3 -- Sander JSTOWE kirjutas E 15.juuni 2015 04:47:52 kohta:

Hi, Yes it will do. Similarly under cron as in a web application there is no controlling terminal. It doesn't make sense to use Term::ReadKey in either of those places. The bug is in the software that is using it and not in Term::ReadKey which, as implied by the name, requires there to be a controlling terminal.
