I see the same problem on FreeBSD 9 systems with ImageMagick 6.8.9-10. Additionally to the failure, interactive windows pop up which have to be closed using the Q key.

The same t/mpeg/read.t test(s) fail on my setup; Fedora 25 x86_64, Perlbrew 0.78 w/ Perl 5.22.3.
