Bug #102225 for FCGI-Buffer: Test::TempDir is deprecated

Test::TempDir is deprecated

Please stop using it - it has a number of intractable problems and some of its prerequisites have issues on various platforms. Test::TempDir::Tiny was written to be a *working* replacement.

Test::TempDir was not used. It's inclusion with 'use' was an artifact of using CGI::Buffer as a template. I have removed its inclusion in the version in Github. It will be published in the next version to CPAN, however since it was not used the problems you mention do not affect FCGI::Buffer. Thank you for using FCGI::Buffer. I hope you find it useful.
