for 1.66 - this should be: get_peer_certificate Get the X509 certificate of the peer. my $rv = Net::SSLeay::get_peer_certificate($ssl); this shud be: my @rv = Net::SSLeay::get_peer_cert_chain($ssl); a wrap around validate chain method in the library itself would be useful. Thanks!
