Thanks for the report. Without having looked at all instances found by cppcheck, I'd suggest to first fix cppcheck to report less false positives. Convert::Binary::C is so well covered with tests that I'm pretty confident there are no bugs due to uninitialised variables lurking within it. (I'm happy to be proved wrong, though!) I'll keep an eye on cppcheck!
