To whom it may concern, We've been having a problem with the occasional user sending email to RT while their email is set up to include signiture cards (v-cards). Because we are using CommandByMail, several errors were sent out to that user in response. We cannot ask different Users to turn off their v-card when they need it for other company requirements. While cruising thru the code in, I found the error messages I'm getting. I think "TakeAction" needs a patch that will recognize a v-card as valid "regular" email and not a CBM email and just pass it along with the other regular email it gets and not send out an error message. If I was any good at perl, I'd do it. I'm not, but I think that is what is needed. Thank you for your help. Kenn LBNL
