It would be more useful if deep_diag returned or had an option to return all of the differences between the two items being compared. As it is, it only reports the last difference found.

(I realize this is a very late reply!) Unfortunately, the basic way that Test::Deep makes this unlikely to happen. Although I'm open to seeing someone do work to do multi-branch descents, I don't think it's something you should hang your hopes on. Sorry to take so long to give a disappointing answer! -- rjbs
