When trying to encode the unicode map ansi_x3.4-1968 (found at /usr/share/i18n/charmaps/ANSI_X3.4-1968.gz, part of 'locales') with make_encmap (part of 'libxml-encoding-perl', version 1.01-9) on a Debian Etch server results in the following error: Command: make_encmap ansi_x3.4-1968 ansi_x3.4-1968 > ansi_x3.4-1968.xml Error: Minpos never set at /usr/bin/make_encmap line 92. The file however gets created and contains exactly one line then: <encmap name='ansi_x3.4-1968'>
