When attempting to work out what version of Storable to add a dependency on, it is important to know what changes were made when. Storable unfortunately, does not have a Changes file to allow this to be done effectively.

There is a ChangeLog file and it appears to have been around for a long time: http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/AMS/Storable-2.25/ChangeLog Does the ChangeLog file need to be named Changes for a reason? ChangeLog does show up as a special file in the CPAN web interface, at least in the current version: http://search.cpan.org/~ams/Storable-2.25/
