Changing to: $typemap =~ s/ //g unless MM->new({NAME=>'name', 'Time-Local-1.24-0'=>1})->can_dep_space; and both previously failing test pass as expected. This is a test failure but thought I would report to you. Could you please link to the distribution that you are building that generates these errors? It does not seem to match what I see in https://metacpan.org/source/DROLSKY/Time-Local-1.24/Makefile.PL.

The title of the ticket refers to an internal testing library used in testing EUMM itself, but that file doesn't contain any references to Time-Local. Instead, that line contains: $typemap =~ s/ //g unless MM->new({NAME=>'name', NORECURS=>1})->can_dep_space; I have no idea what happened here, it sounds fairly bizarre to me. Leon
