Which arguments attribute readers and writers accept? I cannot find it in Moose documentation. It should be documented in Moose::Manual::Attributes and in Moose (a least).

Moose::Manual::Attributes documents how to call the attribute methods that are generated on your class. Class::MOP::Attributes and Moose::Meta::Attributes describes the attribute methods underneath, which you would not be using unless you are doing lower-level work at the MOP level.
