Using B::LexInfo under my Perl 5.20.3 throws a warning: defined(%hash) is deprecated at /var/perl5.20.3/lib/site_perl/5.20.3/x86_64-linux/B/LexInfo.pm line 61. (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

This warning becomes a fatal error in Perl 5.22 https://metacpan.org/pod/release/RJBS/perl-5.22.0/pod/perldelta.pod#Incompatible-Changes defined(@array) and defined(%hash) are now fatal errors These have been deprecated since v5.6.1 and have raised deprecation warnings since v5.16.
