The libsqlite optimizer rewrite had a side effect that *some* queries without an explicit ORDER BY clause started returning results in different order. Your code/test suite needs to be adjusted to accommodate that (almost invariably the solution is to tack an order_by to your resultsets). DBIC went through similar churn a while ago:
