If a non-utf8 locale is in effect (e.g. LC_ALL=C), then the nowarnings test in t/62_regexp_multibyte_char_class.t fails. Fixed with https://github.com/DBD-SQLite/DBD-SQLite/commit/bb93e93884fef6dfdc24d7bee43d99f8d7cc30a7 and shipped 1.51_03. Thanks!
